Rigging Course Dubai

Prolyte and their UAE distributor N&M Dubai ,will jointly organise a rigging course in Dubai, from October 4-8 2009.

With the rapid growing entertainment industry, the demand for skilled and trained riggers has increased.
To fill the knowledge gap, and to create more awareness on safe working practice Prolyte Products organizes rigging training for all interested technicians or project managers involved with rigging.
Lecturer for this course is Rinus Bakker, Managing Director of Rhino Rigs Netherlands. Rinus is a veteran in respect of rigging for the entertainment industry and has conducted a series of rigging courses over the past twenty years.

The 5-day rigging course will comprise of all the basic theoretical rigging skills, such as, Risk
Assessment, Rigging Basics, Calculations, PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), Hoist Technology &
Controllers, as well as a hands-on workshop and truss technology. On the last day, an examination will give the attendees an indication of their comprehension of the offered topics.
