Prolyte organises Rigging course in South Africa In close cooperation with their South African distributor Prosound, Prolyte has organised 2 full 4-day rigging courses in South Africa. The courses are held in Johannesburg and Durban. Rinus Bakker from Rhino Rigs was asked to lecture on these courses. The first course in Johannesburg, which has just ended, attracted over 40 participants. As Andre Buys of Prosound stated: "There is a huge demand in our market for technical support and the transfer of knowledge. The fact the Prolyte is not only willing to participate but also to invest in the knowledge level of our technicians is regarded as a big commitment to our market. I'm sure this will not only have a positive effect on safe working practices but it will also confirm our position in the market here. Due to this initial success, we already think of organising an extra course later this year." Paul Haseloop, who joins the training, as sales representative for Prolyte is very enthusiastic about the number of participants. "Prosound did an excellent job in organising this training. Having the right people here to attend the rigging course is a huge effort and marks Prosound importance as Prolyte distributor in this region. I'm sure this will have a positive spin off".    |
