2nd and 3rd Basic Rigging Training and Workshop

With the rapid growing entertainment industry in Asia, the demand for skilled and trained riggers has increased. PAP foresaw such a need and took the initiative to hold its 1 st Basic Rigging Training & Workshop last September.

The training received tremendous response and many candidates had to be temporarily turned away till the next training.

Not to disappoint the late comers and also to create public awareness to ensure that rigging has to be practiced in a safe way to minimize casualties, PAP decided to hold at least two (2) more of similar training/workshop session for year 2008. Tentative scheduled dates are :-

2 nd Training/workshop : 14th January 2008 till 18 th January 2008
3 rd Training/workshop : 23rd June 2008 till 27th June 2008.


With these additional sessions, PAP hopes to bring and improve the Asian riggers to the European and American level and standards.
