Prolyte Products - Performance in aluminium

Based on the standard X30H series, Prolyte has developed a truss, which is designed to fit any type of existing circuit track. Over 5 types of regular circuit track have been tested for their fitting, which, in either case, was perfect.

The circuit track truss is developed for use in the exhibition market, but has many other applications as well, e.g. shop fitting, museums or other installations.

The circuit track can easily be fitted and integrated in the special lower tube of the truss. The lower tube is thus designed that the tube opens to mount the circuit track. The lower half of the tube can be fitted after the circuit track is mounted and by covering the track, provides protection as well.
Once the circuit track is needed, the lower tube can be easily opened to give access to the track.

Prolyte is re-introducing the circuit tract truss after a complete restyle of the earlier design. This new design offers more flexibility to the user and is much easier to use. Prolyte is convinced that this restyled truss type is a great improvement to the former design.

The circuit track truss can be delivered in the following lengths:

100 cm. CT-X30D-L100
200 cm. CT-X30D-L200
300 cm. CT-X30D-L300

The loading capacity of the circuit track truss is 30% of the normal X30D truss. You can find the loading tables in our brochure on our website.

By means of special adapters on the lower tube it is possible to connect the circuit track truss to normal truss from the X30D series, thereby creating the possibility to integrate circuit track in to your complete structure.
The adapter fits to the truss with a special spigot pin. After the adaptor is mounted the connection is closed with a hexagon socket screw M12 x 95.
