Circular Stage In addition to the square and rectangular stage types, Prolyte manufactures curved stage decks. Prolyte is the only manufacturer of staging systems who is able to fabricate circular stages that are actually based on curved segments, this makes the Stage DEX Staging system quite unique. The curved segments are manufactured with a high degree of accuracy ensuring a perfect fit with no distortion. Italian distributor Decima has made perfect use of the possibilities of the circular stages with their latest order for a stage set designed by scenographer Santucci Claudio, based on different sizes of circular stages. Basis of the stage design is ring, made from a circular stage with dimension of 14 m. outside diameter an 9 m. inside diameter. Surrounding this stage ring are various other circular platforms, of different dimensions. As Prolyte can manufacture the curved stage DEX at any desired angle, the different sizes and curves can be made to specification. The complete stage, as visualised in the picture, is being processed at this time.
