Prolyte Barrier Safe Performance for any crowd. The Prolyte barrier is developed to use as safety device to control crowds in various types of events, ranging from pop concerts to outdoor events. The crowd barrier offers a combination of optimum safety and comfort for the audience and a safe working area for rescue personnel, the barrier lives up to the same high standards for safety and user-friendliness that apply to all Prolyte products. The crowd barrier is designed following user demands: • Quick and easy assembly, by integrated 15mm stainless steel slot pin • Minimum amount of tooling necessary • Lightweight, only 35 kg a piece • Soft, rounded edges for maximum comfort • Vibration free, no metal-to metal connections, bearings on hinged parts • Design load is 4,5 kN/m1. Complies with all health and safety regulations, such as; “Temporary Demountable structures”, “Technical Standards for places of Entertainment”, DIN 4113 and BS 8118. • Folds flat after use and can be stacked in dollies for easy transportation and storage • Straight pieces as well as fixed corners ranging from 5degree (inside and outside version) to45 degree available. Prolyte launches new barrier sections: Corner Section BAR-11-001 flexible, hinged corner section for corners between 90-270 degrees (inside and outside corners), to be used in combination with the barrier corner base Special section BAR-12-001 Snake-Gate section 100cm, can either be used as door or cable outlet BAR-10-003 basic step for barrier 100cm BAR-10-004 Extension for barrier step
