Prolyte introduces Prolyft
Load cell system The Prolyft load cell system provides additional safety for complex rigging grids, moving loads or roof systems. Unlike ordinary load monitoring systems, The Prolyft load cell system offers an unique combination of load monitoring and wind monitoring, which makes it exceptionally well adapted to the requirements of monitoring complex outdoor structures like the roof systems. The Prolyft load cell system consists of three parts, which combine into one integrated system. The load cell, the control unit, control software for read out and log data. The load cell has a WLL of 1500 kg and a safety factor of 1:10, compliant to the BGV-C1 regulations. The load cell measurements are absolute, no reference input or calibration is needed before each use. Further no reset is needed after power failure (automatic data recovery). The control unit has input channels for 10 units; these can be either load cells or wind sensors. The control units can be linked if more than 10 channels are required. The control unit has an input option for a sound or light alarm. The control unit has a black box function; log data can be read out after each day or after the event. Software: Data measurements can be set through the control software. Upper and lower limits, as well as the alarm function can be set at any desired level.
