Introduction Prolyft Mark II
Prolyft has concluded a very successful introduction year with the set up of over 25 service points and by selling over 2000 hoists to the entertainment market worldwide. As Product manager Conrad Vegter stated: We must admit that this is more than we expected. We have had a very good market response to the product and the unique service we offer. Setting up of a worldwide network of service points is a policy no other hoist brand has thought of, or is capable of. Its working very well; no other type of hoist is supported on such basis. Not only is the hoist supported on a worldwide level but it also provides us with a direct line to the market, so we are able to get straight feedback information. This enables us to react quickly to reactions and experiences from the users. It is Prolyfts objective to continue their success and to work hard to even improve customer support and product service. This year kicks off with a major update of the Prolyft hoist.
