Competitive design
Prolyte has developed a rotating stage as a complementary product for her Stage DEX line. To be fully competitive with existing systems, the design specifications were set high; the rotating stage should have a flexible diameter and should require a building time under two hours, using as less loose parts and tooling as possible.

The compact design and high load bearing capacity makes the Prolyte Rotating Stage ideal for car shows, fashion events or display purposes. Due to the use of aluminium the stage is compact and relatively lightweight.

Smart engineering
Clever engineering makes the set up of the stage fool proof and very user friendly. A hex key and a simple wrench are all the tools you need to build this stage. A fully integrated, plug and play motorized drive system results in compact building heights and easy connection and operation.

Compact and flexible
The ultimate design is based on an aluminium frame with an overall height of only 20cm. This frame is coupled by means of standard DEX-to-DEX clamps, whereby vertical levelling is done with a standard DEX leveller. The neat and compact frame is finished with a 21mm. Plywood decking. The segments are bolted in place with an insert hexagon bolt.

System description
The rotating stage consists of 4 basic parts:
• The sub frame, incl. screw jacks
• The central bearing ring
• Top frames for 2, 4 and 6m. diameter stage, with integrated wheels, motor and controller
• Plywood topping
