You are invited to attend the Prolyte Campus at Multitechnic and have the unique opportunity to get first-hand product training and technical information from the Prolyte Group team.

In the morning there will be a theoretical session about the Black Book; Technical truss training - Forces, types of loading and their effect on truss explained. In the afternoon the trainer will focus on building temporary demountable structures in combination with the basics of a structure calculation.

Trainer Eric Laanstra, Product Manager ProlyteStructures
Based on his broad technical experience and practical skills, acquired working in the rental site of the entertainment business, Eric was warmly welcomed to join the Prolyte team in 2000 to support the Customer Service department. After more than 8 years as manager Customer Service Eric knows all the tricks and details on nearly every product Prolyte supplies. Moving on as Product Manager ProlyteStructures  Eric's responsibility focuses on Prolyte's extensive trussing and staging range. Close contact with users and customers is highly valued by Eric, where sharing knowledge and jokes usually go hand-in-hand.

Prolyte Campus at Provision AVL
Technical Truss training given by trainer Eric Laanstra. Become familiar with the different types of forces and loads on truss and their effects. In addition, an explanation is given about building temporary structures with truss, for example building a roof with your own truss. This takes into account the latest regulations and what you need to build safely.

For me the training helped me to refresh, especially as I have been doing this for years and years. It helped me to remember things like maintenance and checking the truss. I think I have grown a lot, it has helped me with my rigging and I understand better than I did before.
