FAQ - Where can I leave a complaint?

We hope you are happy with Prolyte, but we make mistakes as well. If you have a complaint for one of your purchased items, please contact your supplier first and supply product details and pictures of the damaged items. They will set out to solve your problem ASAP. Where needed a product specialist from Prolyte will step in to help solve the problem.
