as the New Prolyft Service Point!
We are thrilled to announce that we have chosen Expelec, our French distributor, as our new Prolyft service point in France, marking a strategic move towards enhancing customer support and service excellence.
Two weeks ago, Exepelec’s professionals visited Prolyte headquarters; where Jan Hoefnagels, Prolyft product manager, and Hendrik Knijpstra, Prolyft Technician, where with theorical and hands-on training, trained them on how to certify and service the Prolyft hoists.
The training covered a variety of topics, including the new database and how to use it in the right way, among other subjects.
